The Royalton Fire District #1 is a municipal entity within (but distinct from) the Town of Royalton. The Fire District is responsible for the management and oversight of the potable water system, the South Royalton Fire Department, and the South Royalton Rescue Squad. The Fire District is governed by a five member Prudential Committee who are elected by the registered voters who reside within the fire district's boundaries at an annual meeting held in January.

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Meetings start at 7 pm and are held at the Royalton Fire District office, 55 North St. South Royalton VT

MEETINGS

Regular meetings of the South Royalton Rescue Squad Advisory Board are held at the Royalton Town Offices on the fourth Wednesday of each month, starting at 5:30 pm. Please click here to review agendas and minutes of Advisory Board meetings.
